Ayano Teradaira (寺平 彩乃 Teradaira Ayano) is a third year at Kiyosumi High School and the treasurer for the Kiyosumi student congress who also makes an appearance in the Saki Biyori volume extra.
Appearance[]
Ayano has medium length brown hair with her bangs pushed to the right side and in the back and brown eyes.
She wears the standard Kiyosumi High uniform.
Plot[]
Introduction Arc[]
Ayano first appears with her friend as they greet Hisa Takei, but this was changed in the anime into two random students.
National Tournament Arc[]
Ayano and Natsuki Shishiba (Ayano's friend) are among the first to wish Hisa Takei good luck when the Ichita Naiki handed them the phone during a call. She is also among the many watching the Kiyosumi mahjong team on the projector in the Kiyosumi gym.
Etymology[]
- The name Ayano means "color" (彩) (aya) and "from" (乃) (no).
- Ayano's surname Teradaira means "temple" (寺) (tera) and "flat" (平) (taira/daira).
