Natsu Shimeki is a strong mahjong player that saved Nanami from being a delinquent. Nanami used the name Natchan while working at Shimeki diner. She now lives in Gunma.

Finding Fujishiro Arc[]
Mrs. Onjouji mentions that Natsu was a strong player and even became the representative of Osaka. But, she was to have moved out of the prefecture with her parents before.
Joining the Mahjong Team Arc[]
In a flashback Nanami tells the Weak Girl about the time Natsu destroyed her at mahjong. She then took her to Shimeki Diner and has been there since.

Not much is known about her play style but she was good enough to completely defeat Nanami Fujishiro.
