Risa Noyori (野依 理沙 Noyori Nisa) is a professional player and a commentator for the Inter High Tournament who is partnered with Misaki Murayoshi.
Appearance[]
Risa has medium length black hair and purple eyes (reddish in the anime).
As a commentator, she wears a white dress shirt with a blue one over it. She also wears a necklace. According to her professional mahjong card, she is 27 years old, 153 cm tall, and weights 47 kg.

Risa is a tsundere who is unfortunately inarticulate (unable to speak distinctly or express oneself clearly).

2nd Children's Mahjong Tournament Arc[]
Risa makes it to the finals as a 6th year student.
Final Eight Arc[]
Risa enters the mahjong bar Blitz storm with Sukoya Kokaji. They both then immediately complain about Hayari Mizuhara's text message. After eating and drinking, Hayari ropes the rest into playing a game.
Before the start of the semi-finals she is asked by Misaki if there is anything interesting about the teams. When she replies everything, Misaki tells her that isn't what she was looking for and if anything sticks out. She then says the uniforms. Later when talking about Rinkai having an international flavor, she shouts that they still have that flavor.
